This part-time position at the Center for Wellness and Counseling (CWC) provides mental health support to a diverse student body through counseling, referrals, crisis management, and wellness programming. The role involves mental health counseling, triage, walk-in response, crisis intervention, outreach, and consultation.

This is a full-time fully remote position: 4 10's (8-6pm EST). We are looking for clinicians who are license eligible or independently licensed (Masters, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW) in MA! This individual will work with both adolescents and adult clients in the intake capacity.

Provide high-quality virtual mental health care to students in school districts nationwide by conducting initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students; collaborate with Hazel Mental Health Therapists to ensure children successfully transition into our services and provide culturally relevant and age-appropriate counseling and treatment.

Mental Health Counselors at AXIS provide students with the tools and support needed to navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and strengthen resilience. Through virtual sessions, they work closely with schools to identify student needs, offer individualized support, and promote mental well-being in ways that are both practical and compassionate.

Deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions that support recovery and promote wellness as a Telehealth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor. Key responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, facilitating counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum, providing crisis support, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with clinical supervisors.

As a Student Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one coaching sessions to support students in addressing mental health concerns and academic challenges, developing and implementing effective wellness programs and workshops to enhance student well-being, and performing comprehensive wellness assessments. This role requires a commitment to supporting student well-being.

Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, siblings and/or other stakeholders) through telehealth. Utilize empirically supported therapeutic approaches that draw from a variety of disciplines and are tailored to the needs of each client. Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with others in the interdisciplinary team and families, actively engaging other team members.

This role provides clinicians with the opportunity to work with leaders in the field of child development and to broaden their clinical knowledge across disciplines through collaboration with master practitioners across neurological, sensorimotor, communication, and behavior therapies. Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, and/or their siblings). Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of the client.

Seeking Therapists licensed in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for our Substance Use Disorder Program to remotely serve substance exposed members. The applicant must be licensed in Missouri, but can live anywhere in the US. You will work within a family-focused culture and have the benefit of learning both the clinical and business sides of the company. You will have a flexible schedule and the freedom to create groups and utilize evidence based practices.
