This is a temporary role anticipated to last for 9 months. This role will support the delivery of training programs that advance Trevor’s mission and public education efforts. This role assists in preparing for and facilitating virtual and in-person trainings, maintains and updates training materials, and supports operational tasks such as organizing inquiries and coordinating logistics.

The Chief Advancement Officer will ensure The Trevor Project has the financial resources needed to serve the large number of young people in crisis and expand the impact of its programs in the U.S. and Mexico. This role will lead the organization in raising $40-50M+ in philanthropic revenue a year and implementing a multi-year fundraising growth plan. The Chief Advancement Officer will significantly increase contributed revenue, earned revenue, high-impact partnerships, and community awareness.
