The Email Associate will maintain and nurture The Trevor Project’s owned email channel, supporting the organization’s goals across its core program areas. Reporting to the Senior Email Manager, the Email Associate will assist in implementing and optimizing email strategies, including writing email and blog copy, building audience segments, and creating emails using drag-and-drop and HTML tools.
This role will be responsible for facilitating public trainings, delivering keynotes, and acting as an official Trevor spokesperson when needed. They will design new training materials and update existing content that will educate adults who interface with youth and organizational partners. The Public Training Manager will support team operations and report to the Director of Public Training.
