Rula is seeking a licensed mental health professional to fill an open role as a Patient Programs Specialist reporting into our Clinical team. The Specialist actively resolves questions, investigates clinical risk situations and adverse events, and addresses clinical grievances. This role leverages strong clinical knowledge to promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in care delivery.

Play a vital role in supporting first responders and their families through moments of crisis, recovery, and ongoing wellness. Provide both virtual and in-person therapy, conduct mental health assessments, and offer on-call crisis support when needed. Part of a compassionate team dedicated to helping first responders build resilience and heal from the unique challenges of their work.

Conduct evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals in person or via telehealth. Develops and implements goal-oriented treatment plans. Completes documentation by a given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulations. Ensures all clinical notes and client information are updated and accurate within the current EHR system. Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when needed.
