About the Role:

  • You'll be the first clinical connection for teens and families seeking care.
  • Lead Connection Calls with adolescents ages 13-17 and their caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport, assess treatment readiness, and explain PHP/IOP options.
  • Complete CALOCUS screenings, crisis assessments, and suicide risk assessments.
  • Document findings and coordinate with Admissions and clinical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, including clinical conversations.
  • Experience with adolescent PHP/IOP care and crisis assessment.

Compensation:

  • $35 per hour worked, including consultations and documentation.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 5 paid hours per week.
  • Independent contractor (1099) role with a set availability window.
