About the Role:
- W2, pay-per-encounter telehealth position with flexible scheduling
- Caseload built within first two weeks with consistent client demand
- Work with a diverse client population including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via secure telehealth
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and maintain treatment plans
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams and participate in monthly case reviews
What We're Looking For:
- Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience with adults
- Comfort with telehealth, EHR, and video conferencing; strong clinical judgment
