Pre-licensed Therapist / Counselor

About the Role:

• Allswell is seeking pre-licensed therapists in Maryland to provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients.
• This is a fully remote contractor role with a minimum of 10 hours per week and flexible scheduling.
• You will receive free clinical supervision to support your path to independent licensure while we handle administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct client care through telehealth, delivering affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment.
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in our EMR system.
• Use evidence-based modalities and proprietary tools like the Trauma Journal to extend care between sessions.

Who You Are:

• Actively licensed in Maryland as an LMSW, LGPC, or LGMFT with a passion for LGBTQ+ care.
• Culturally competent in delivering affirming, identity-centered care in a telehealth setting.
• Committed to a minimum of 10 hours per week and skilled in clinical assessment and documentation.
