Role Overview:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to a diverse caseload.
- Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers of younger clients.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 5 sessions per week, with no cap.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn $75–$95 per session, with guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.

Qualifications:
- Must hold LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in California.
- Experience with teens and youth preferred; experience with adults a plus.
- Comfortable with telehealth and committed to culturally responsive care.
Flexibility & Support:
- Fully remote, work from anywhere in the U.S.
- Set your hours Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm PT.
- Administrative support handles billing, credentialing, and scheduling.
