Compensation and Benefits:
- $75–$95 per session based on weekly caseload volume, with no cap on earnings.
- Paid intake assessments, paid no-shows, and late cancellations.

Flexibility and Support:
- Fully remote work from anywhere in the U.S.
- Flexible schedule Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend hours.
- Administrative support handles billing, credentialing, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP in California.
- Passion for youth mental health with experience working with teens ages 11–24.
- Comfortable with telehealth and culturally responsive care.
