Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to youth ages 11-24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
- Foster strong, supportive relationships to create a safe therapeutic environment.
- Offer psychoeducation to parents and caregivers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Hold a full license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) in the state of California.
- Have experience working with teens and youth in clinical or school settings.
- Be comfortable with telehealth and committed to culturally responsive care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn $75-$95 per session as a 1099 contractor with no cap on earnings.
