Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC)

What this role looks like:

• Carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth.
• Build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely documentation and support families with education and care coordination.
