Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
- Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LAMFT, or LMSW.
- Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
- Strong clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
