This is a 9 month temporary position with the potential to transition to a full-time role, providing high quality consultations regarding workplace concerns to HR representatives, management, and employees. This role involve coordinating critical incident responses, completing management referral intakes, and assessing for risk while managing member and organizational crises. You'll maintain accurate documentation and identify issues that disrupt care.
Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients. Collaborate with a dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure (HIPAA compliant) Talkspace platform. Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services. Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner. Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session. Offer availability during evenings and/or weekends.
Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform, partnering with them to identify needs, develop treatment plans, and guide them to other TimelyCare services. You will join a mental health team that consists of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LI/CSW), Professional Counselors (LPC/LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Clinical Psychologists (LP/LCP).
