Provides effective clinical assessment of the consumer. Utilizes assessment data to support a DSM 5 diagnosis and formulates appropriate treatment plan along with consumer. Provides individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing basic therapeutic models and theories according to consumer needs as stated in the treatment plan. Documents in a timely fashion per AltaPointe policy.
Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients, collaborate with a dynamic team of providers, and utilize custom technology to support patient messaging and track progress, all while adhering to ethical standards and engaging in continuous improvement to enhance the quality of care.
