This is a 9 month temporary position with the potential to transition to a full-time role, providing high quality consultations regarding workplace concerns to HR representatives, management, and employees. This role involve coordinating critical incident responses, completing management referral intakes, and assessing for risk while managing member and organizational crises. You'll maintain accurate documentation and identify issues that disrupt care.

Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients. Collaborate with a dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
