Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders, offering individual and group therapy. Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary, maintaining detailed records of patient visits and progress. Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs. Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans if necessary and conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.

As a Paralegal, you will play an important role on Headlights legal team. You will provide assistance to the Chief Legal Officer on a variety of legal matters. This is a part-time role and is expected to be approximately 10-20 hours per week. The role will be either remote or hybrid.

Play a key role in helping new team members get up to speed and supporting our internal training programs. Reporting to the Director of L&D, you will work closely to deliver smooth onboarding, run systems training, and make learning easy and effective for everyone. Grow and develop in the learning & development space while collaborating with clinicians, team members, and leaders across the organization!
