Work in a hybrid model—spending 2 to 3 days per week in our Carlsbad office—supporting both direct patient care and our Spravato Program. Review patients’ medical history, evaluate patients’ emotional, behavioral and mental state, identify mental disorders, develop plan of care, and prescribe medications. Coordinate with healthcare professionals when hospitalization is required.

Facilitate the execution of a Clinician developed care plan by coordinating clinician & client schedules, handling client interactions, managing authorizations, working with pharmacies & labs, and executing tasks on behalf of our clinical team. Optimize a Clinician’s schedule, keep them informed of relevant changes, and facilitate administrative communication with clients.

Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs. Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary, conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress, and involve and advise family members when appropriate.
