Role and Responsibilities:

Establish rapport with patients and diagnose mental health disorders.
Create individualized treatment plans and conduct ongoing assessments.
Involve family members and plan outreach activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Master's level degree and full, unencumbered LCSW license required.
Minimum 12 months clinical experience post-licensure.
Proficiency in EHR systems and strong computer skills.
