The Role:
- Fully remote teletherapy with a steady referral stream, average 96% caseload fill.
- Work with youth (11–24), adults (18–60), or both — choose what energizes you.
Who You Are:
- Active California LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license.
- Passionate about culturally responsive care with telehealth experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $75–$95 per session, guaranteed no-show pay, onboarding stipend.
- Malpractice insurance, CE credits, and 1099 flexibility.
