- Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help adult clients thrive.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in California.
- Comfortable providing telehealth services and committed to culturally responsive care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn $75–$95 per session based on caseload volume, with no cap on earnings.
- Access paid no-shows, late cancellations, onboarding stipend, and malpractice insurance.
Flexibility & Support:
- Work from anywhere in the U.S. with flexible hours Monday–Sunday.
- Receive administrative support for billing, credentialing, and scheduling.
