Licensed Clinical Therapist

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $90,000 with monthly bonus based on billed hours, total compensation up to $111,080.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, CEU support, and EAP.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months clinical experience post-licensure with a Master's degree in related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license; bilingual skills a plus.

Role Overview:

• Provide therapy remotely to clients in California, focusing on whole person care.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and utilize technology like Blueprint AI for session notes.
• Enjoy clinical autonomy and support from Executive Therapists and Psychiatrists.
