About the Role:
- Provide virtual mental health care to diverse populations through culturally affirming therapy.
- Work within 21 customized Wellness Tracks covering core symptoms, life domains, and diverse populations.
- Embrace traditional and innovative therapies including integrative and expressive approaches.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
- Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms; passion for culturally responsive care.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $70-$80 based on expertise and experience.
- 100% remote with flexible scheduling minimum 20 hours per week.
