We’re looking for compassionate and motivated Telehealth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors to deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions that support recovery and promote wellness. You will conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care, facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum, and provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed.

Looking for a New Mexico licensed LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, LMSW, or LMHC to make an impact through virtual care. Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans. Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms and support Members with a wide range of mental health needs.

As a PMHNP, you will lead member care alongside a team of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers providing evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders.

Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, supporting members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, and coordinate care as needed within a multidisciplinary environment.
