About the Role:
- Provide remote mental health therapy to members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders
- Work with a multidisciplinary team and use AI-powered documentation tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and create collaborative treatment plans
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Requirements:
- Active Oregon license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate
- Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication and person-centered, trauma-informed approach
