Salvo Health is seeking a skilled LCSW/LICSW for their care team, focusing on personalized psychosocial support and counseling to improve patients' quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing health education, developing care plans, and coordinating with the clinical team. The LCSW will empower patients to make behavioral changes for better clinical outcomes and overall wellness.

Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs. Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary, conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress, and involve and advise family members when appropriate.

The Associate Director, Substance Use Disorder Programs will lead the growth and expansion of Spring Health’s Substance Use Disorder Program within Specialty Care. This is a full time position that is fully remote that will report to the Senior Director of the Specialty Care Programs, serving as a clinical lead for SUD providers and leading the design, development, and scaling of comprehensive SUD treatment programs.

Provide teletherapy services to students in partner school districts. Responsibilities include providing evidence-based teletherapy, collaborating with school counselors, building trusted relationships with students and families, and contributing to the development of clinical programs.
