We're seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join our New Patient Experience team at Talkiatry, responsible for the critical journey that guides patients from their first interaction with our platform through to their first appointment with a provider. As an engineer on this team, you'll build and maintain features across the full stack, helping patients easily understand, access, and navigate mental health care with empathy and clarity.

Drive AI innovations that make high quality mental healthcare more accessible. As the founding member of the AI technical team, define and execute its roadmap, and lead cross-functional efforts spanning engineering, clinical, compliance, and product teams. Define and lead the AI roadmap across experimentation, model evaluation, deployment, and iteration.

This strategic role will focus on enhancing the patient experience through impactful product launches, clinical updates, and brand initiatives. Responsibilities include leading go-to-market strategies, developing compelling messaging, collaborating cross-functionally, owning the voice of the patient through research, and tracking marketing metrics to inform GTM priorities.
