About the Role:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers on the foundational data processing platform.
- Drive technical strategy and execution across Snowflake, dbt, Python services on AWS, and Airflow orchestration.
- Own the reliability of production data systems, including on-call readiness, incident triage, and post-mortems.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of data engineering experience and 2+ years of engineering management.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python, SQL, and cloud data warehouse administration.
- Strong communication and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
