Manager, Analytics Engineering

About the Role:

• Lead the Analytics Engineering team that powers the data platform for pricing, risk, fraud, and financial reporting.
• Report to the Senior Engineering Manager, Data Engineering, and manage a remote team of engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the dbt repository, Snowflake warehouse, and data pipelines with rigorous change control.
• Model core business domains (orders, contracts, claims) to ensure consistent answers across teams.
• Run platform operations including on-call, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing engineers on a data or analytics engineering team.
• Advanced SQL, dimensional modeling, and deep dbt experience.
• Pipeline engineering in Python and AWS; reliability ownership and analytical partnership.
