The Vendor Manager, Service Network is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of our repair network. The Vendor Manager will contribute to key company objectives such as growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, through the effective management of our service network quality, cycle times, and cost severity. This role directly oversees service network day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Create reusable infrastructure components using infrastructure-as-code technologies to allow teams to manage their own infrastructure needs. Mature the CI/CD pipeline to enable teams to scale in a self-service way to help reduce deployment cost and time. Collaborate with product engineering teams to design scalable infrastructure and deployment patterns for customer facing solutions.

Build deep-dive analyses and machine learning models to better forecast risk across the portfolio for our insurance captive for contracts and claims activity. Perform A/B testing and optimization across consumer-facing product touch points on merchant sites. Drive portfolio-wide revenue optimization and communication to merchants on personalized optimization based on testing across our platform.
