The Claims Director position manages the day-to-day and long-term operations of the OVG Corporate International Insurance Claims Department, working in conjunction with the VP, Risk Management. This role requires managing the insurance claims process to control risks and losses and guiding a team to achieve high-level claims operations. They will create and maintain policies and procedures for the management of claims and assist with the development of the organization's risk management process.

The Complex General Liability Claims Specialist will evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities, ensuring proper investigation of underlying facts, retaining experts when necessary, selecting counsel appropriately, and employing proper negotiation strategies; reporting to a line of business executive.
