Looking for a highly-motivated cyber insurance or privacy attorney to join the global Claims and Incident Management team. Reporting to the Head of Claims, North America, this individual should have significant experience handling cyber claims and/or fluency with the incident response process. Further insurance experience in first-party as well as third-party claims and coverage, particularly Tech E&O, is a plus.

This role will be the lead lawyer for our new, and growing, insurance distribution business, reporting to the Head of Legal for Wealth Products. You’ll work closely with the Insurance Squad to build and deliver Monzo’s insurance products, and support the team in making insurance accessible for everyone. You will be the ‘go to’ for all things legal and regulatory.

The Associate Director, Compliance is primarily responsible for assisting with the compliance management and oversight of our wholesale broker-dealer, supporting compliance functions relating to the annuity and life insurance business lines, working closely with senior management, distribution, product and operations on various projects.
