Role Overview:
- Manages pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through treatment progression and case readiness.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensures accurate documentation and progression of cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain frequent communication with clients regarding treatment status.
- Coordinate with medical providers regarding appointments, treatment status and records.
- Assist clients with property damage issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Personal Injury Case Management, Intake, or Pre-Litigation preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy when communicating with clients.
