Support the Privacy Governance Team and report to the Director of Privacy Governance within the Legal organization, providing integral support to the Privacy team, helping them stay on track with company priorities. The Analyst II is responsible for performing regularly scheduled policy, risk assessment and documentation reviews to ensure adherence with HIPAA Privacy and other regulatory compliance areas. The Analyst II will coordinate breach and disclosure assessment, HHS OCR reporting, tracking and client reporting.
