Perform troubleshooting and proactive maintenance tasks on server equipment located within the data center. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, data center personnel, and customers to address hardware-related issues and ensure efficient resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, changes, and issue resolutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of hardware maintenance processes and best practices.

Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone. Provide consultations about products and services, such as Cloud, Hosting, and AI. Resolve technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and collect information about customer and user incidents, forwarding it to higher levels of technical support if needed.

Deploy new servers. Implement infrastructure changes, plan and execute infrastructure maintenance. Diagnose, localize, and resolve issues related to both software and hardware in the infrastructure. Enhance infrastructure lifecycle pipelines. Strong proficiency in Linux systems is needed and experience with OpenStack.
