Provide first-line support, which includes handling customers and internal users requests via chat, email, and phone in English. Provide consultations about our products and services, such as Cloud, Hosting, and AI. Resolve technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and collect information about customers and users incidents, forward it up to the higher levels of technical support if needed.
The Procurement Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and contract lifecycle for connectivity and data center services. This includes sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract negotiation, execution, and performance management. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with an emphasis on operational excellence, timely contract renewals, cost control, and supplier compliance. The Procurement Lead also supports category strategies and leads a small team in ensuring reliable and efficient procurement operations aligned with business needs.
The Senior Buyer supports the procurement of data center and connectivity services, managing the full contract lifecycle and supplier performance for assigned categories. The Senior Buyer is expected to step in and support the Procurement Lead in operational and commercial aspects.
Engage in daily accounting processes, including bookkeeping and reconciliation, actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings; maintain databases, contribute to the optimization of accounts payables/receivables, coordinate tax returns, and collaborate with third parties on various projects.
As an AI Solution Architect at Gcore, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our AI-focused customers. You'll collaborate closely with clients to design and deploy large-scale GPU clusters, containerized training pipelines, and production inference systems. Your expertise in automation, infrastructure as code, and orchestration will ensure seamless, repeatable deployments across hundreds to thousands of GPUs
