The Senior Director Internal Communications will shape and execute an internal communications strategy that informs, aligns, and inspires employees. This role elevates the company’s brand reputation from the inside out through engagement and leadership storytelling. As a trusted advisor, this role leads communications that connect employees to the company’s purpose, values and business priorities. The role also owns the narrative and execution of senior leadership meetings and town halls.
This role helps translate global values and business strategy into meaningful stories and experiences across European locations. The role is ideal for someone who can weave narratives that resonate across borders, teams, and roles. You'll work closely with site and regional leaders, global teams, and a growing network of cultural ambassadors to ensure our people feel informed, heard, and part of something bigger.
Lead the development and execution of external media strategies that support Mozilla’s mission and amplify its presence across sectors. Work cross-functionally with teams, including Product, Brand, Legal, Policy, and Social/Content, to craft compelling, newsworthy narratives that resonate with both tech-savvy and general audiences. Lead media engagement and manage key reporter relationships. Prepare senior executives for public engagements.
