The Senior Director Internal Communications will shape and execute an internal communications strategy that informs, aligns, and inspires employees. This role elevates the company’s brand reputation from the inside out through engagement and leadership storytelling. As a trusted advisor, this role leads communications that connect employees to the company’s purpose, values and business priorities. The role also owns the narrative and execution of senior leadership meetings and town halls.

The Financial Analyst will provide leadership on financial analysis and reporting related to the profitability of various Prime business areas or units. This role directs the budgeting and forecasting processes, develops new analytical models utilizing cost drivers and associated metrics, and supports Prime's financial requirements. The position will have both a departmental partnership role as well as being responsible for Prime wide projects and responsibilities.
