Head of Infrastructure Operations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure operations strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Collaborate with product operations, procurement and infrastructure design teams to identify infrastructure operations needs.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure operations team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior-level operations management role.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure including server equipment, networks, cloud computing, and power distribution systems.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, including performance management and developing high-performing teams.
