Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal performance of outsourced IT services and solutions
Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of experience in Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technological concepts to a non-technical audience
