Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Manage and validate documentation of the customer’s technology landscape
- Conduct ongoing assessments to ensure technologies are fit for purpose
Required Skills:
- AWS and Microsoft Azure experience is essential
- Hands-on experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions in Public Cloud
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of M365, D365, SharePoint Online, Teams
- Understanding of hosted infrastructure, virtualization, networking, storage solutions
- ITIL framework and project lifecycle best practices
