Drive digital collaboration and innovation through Microsoft technologies as a Service Owner for the M365 Power service cluster with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities include architecting and innovating with the Power Platform, supporting business units with architectural guidance, and optimizing Power Platform usage and performance. This role requires troubleshooting issues, automating tasks, and performing administrative duties.

Assist in managing and troubleshooting M365 services, particularly SharePoint Online (SPO), and provide end-user support for collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role will entail liaising with Microsoft, other technical teams and or 3rd Parties to address business needs. The engineer will help lead the design, implementation, and support of M365 services and other collaborative tools on a large enterprise scale.
