As the Product Owner for FLEX, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful execution of the product roadmap. You’ll translate the strategic direction set by the Product Manager into clear, detailed requirements and ensure that development teams deliver high-quality, impactful functionality. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts to deliver features that help customers strengthen safety culture, engage employees, and reduce workplace risks.

Be the primary owner and architect for all revenue-related systems within the organization, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing KPA's Salesforce instance and its connected ecosystem. Drive efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across KPA’s go-to-market tech stack. This role blends the responsibilities of a Business Applications Manager with that of a Revenue Systems Architect.

The KPA Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing tradeshows, regional events, and customer conferences to engage with KPA customers and prospects and drive growth in our automotive and adjacent market segments. This role is responsible for end-to-end event management including creating engaging pre-promotion event campaigns, preparing and managing event timelines, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, aligning and communicating with sales, manage event staff and report on results.

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Performance & Architecture who is passionate about building for scale and reliability. This role is ideal for engineers who think in systems, enjoy profiling and optimizing complex applications, and thrive on improving architectural design for speed, scalability, and maintainability. You will not be developing user-facing features — instead, your impact will be measured by how efficiently and reliably the platform performs.
