In this position, you will help maintain the existing training catalog by coordinating audits to validate course accuracy and revising course materials where appropriate. You may also assist with developing supporting materials for new training solutions. This position is focused on short-term/quick-turnaround assignments and reports to the Director of Learning & Organizational Change.
Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join the Channel Readiness Training and Communications team! This role combines instructional design and facilitation expertise with people leadership and collaboration skills. The role involves creating and delivering relevant new hire, upskilling and marketing related trainings and scripting/call flows for distribution channels including global call centers that support chat, telemarketing, care, and sales.
Assist with the development of high quality, engaging and innovative course. Provide instructional design and instructional technology support to faculty. Evaluate the accessibility, quality, and effectiveness of course design and create a process for continuous improvement of course delivery.
