In Field Engineering, you will assist clients with the development of content for training programs, working closely with a Qualus Manager and various Clients to help identify their training needs and deliver effective learning solutions that drive success in the Client’s initiatives.

The Epic INTERMEDIATE INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER ensures training prepares Epic end-users for their work in service to patients and partners in a meaningful, efficient manner by following established Instructional Design principles in the creation and maintenance of curricula and educational materials, keeping these current with Epic changes.

This role will focus on designing live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced learning experiences, while also exploring how AI can redefine the way people learn. Guide the design and development of interactive learning experiences and collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and product teams.

The Instructional Designer/Developer is responsible for the end-to-end analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of PointClickCare acute and payer customer, partner and staff product training and certification learning needs. This position develops, maintains, and deploys educational solutions that support the successful adoption of PointClickCare’s acute and payer products.
