About the Job:
- Design, deliver, and maintain high-quality learning experiences.
- Focus on asynchronous learning modules hosted in an LMS.
- Support customer-facing training delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses.
- Build structured learning paths that include recorded instructional content and knowledge checks.
- Maintain and update content as products evolve.
Customer-Facing Training:
- Deliver internal and external training in both virtual and onsite formats.
- Reinforce key workflows, best practices, and system configuration concepts.
- Gather insights from live sessions to improve content.
