Instructional Designer, User Training & Engagement

Content Creation:

• Design and develop a library of customer-facing training content.
• Create e-learning modules, scripts, presentations, videos, walkthroughs and reference materials.
• Maintain and continuously improve educational content.

Instructional Design:

• Apply instructional design best practices to create engaging learning experiences.
• Incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
• Track training engagement metrics and support reporting on effectiveness.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Clinical SMEs.
• Gather content and validate accuracy.
• Align training with real-world workflows.
