What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the intake process for training and enablement requests.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain compelling, engaging, and scalable eLearning content.
- Manage and maintain the LMS.
What success looks like:
- ≥ 95% of Guru cards verified and up to date quarterly.
- Requests acknowledged and triaged within 3 business days of submission.
- 100% of new trainings reviewed within 30 days of launch.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years experience in instructional design or training.
- Strong Knowledge of LMS and content authoring systems is required.
- Proven track record in translating business needs into scalable and impactful enablement solutions.
