• Manage the intake process for training and enablement requests.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain compelling, engaging, and scalable eLearning content.

• Own multiple concurrent client engagements from project scoping through launch, leading customers through the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of collaborative learning programs on NovoEd.
• Facilitate weekly design sessions with clients to translate existing materials into cohort-based, social, and practice-driven experiences, guiding activity and content design, platform best practices, and iterative build approaches that enable rapid launch.
• Build or co-build NovoEd courses—including video embedding, writing and editing lesson content, developing and configuring assignments, journey structure, social interaction design, and branding—and support creation of facilitation plans, engagement strategies, and measurement approaches.
