Strategic Services Consultant / Learning Strategist

What You’ll Do:

• Own multiple concurrent client engagements from project scoping through launch, leading customers through the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of collaborative learning programs on NovoEd
• Facilitate weekly design sessions with clients to translate existing materials into cohort-based, social, and practice-driven experiences
• Build or co-build NovoEd courses—including video embedding, writing and editing lesson content, developing and configuring assignments

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Enterprise Academy design , or a comparable corporate learning function.
• Strong grounding in adult learning, collaborative learning design, or social learning approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing design sessions, facilitate conversations, and translate business needs into learning solutions.
