Learning Experience Designer

The learning Experience Designer designs instructional materials and activities to enhance the learning experience. The role collaborates with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and design effective learning solutions. Duties include:

• Developing e-learning modules and interactive simulations.
• Assisting with content conversion from cross-functional departments for CPE eligibility.
• Developing content outlines, learning objectives, and knowledge check questions.
• Evaluate and improve learning solutions based on feedback and performance data.
• Developing content in multiple languages
