You will create clear, engaging learning experiences that help AHEAD employees build skills and perform at their best. Key member of AHEAD’s Talent Development team, working closely with a Talent Development Partner, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs). Create storyboards, scripts, outlines, and visual concepts that guide development.

Designs, develops, updates, and maintains engaging training content tailored to specific customer roles. Creates courses that support effective learning and smooth implementation of imaging informatics solutions. Participates in product introduction processes to identify impact to customer roles and creates/updates courses and/or content.

• Translate business needs into easy-to-digest, fun and scalable content and programs.
• Partner with Learning and Development program managers and cross-functional partners to build learning journeys that reflect our values.

Design and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences across a complex organization. Translate complex processes into instructional content that enhances staff performance and professional development. Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, multimedia content, and job aids.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performance-based e-learning courses and curriculum.
• Work closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create learning programs.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools like Articulate (Storyline/Rise) and multi-media tools like the Adobe Creative Suite.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your data skills to design engaging and effective online learning experiences. The Learning Designer will play an important role in designing AI training workshops and programs with measurable impact for learners at all levels. Based on education for employment and career development best practices, they will research, design, and refine engaging learning experiences in data, AI, and other technology areas.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of instructional programs and technical training for military and civilian students. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet performance objectives. Conduct IT systems training for pre-deployment and end-user audiences.

The Instructional Systems Designer will design and develop cutting-edge cybersecurity training programs for federal clients. You will leverage expertise in cybersecurity and instructional design methodologies to create engaging, scalable, and effective learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and learners to ensure course content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you'll create scalable, digital-first learning experiences that help GitLab customers get real value from our AI powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll focus on building modular, on-demand digital courses and virtual instructor led training, applying adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and your technical aptitude to craft content that meets customers where they are and helps them grow into confident GitLab champions. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to keep content aligned with product updates, and you’ll iterate based on data and learner feedback so our education programs stay current, impactful, and easy to consume at scale.

An experienced Learning Experience Designer is creative and adaptive, with experience in new learning solutions and asset development. You have adult learning theory in mind, and enjoy partnering with Trainers and partners to up-level the state of current training resources. Actively investigate potential learning solutions and author learning plans with performance-based learning objectives.
