What You Will Do:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training courses.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and performance objectives.
Create engaging learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and job aids.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong multimedia and visual composition skills: layout, color, hierarchy, and accessibility.
Familiar with user experience principles of design and design thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
