The Solution Consultant understands Kinaxis customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and helps customers solve complex issues in their supply chain management practice. This role provides expert guidance in integrating product offerings for customers to experience the immediate value of Kinaxis solutions. The consultant configures Kinaxis Maestro software, supports senior consultants, updates documentation, validates solutions, and trains end-users, deepening knowledge of supply chain practices and Maestro solutions.

The Senior Technology Consultant team is responsible for understanding Kinaxis customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and will be committed to helping our customers solve complex issues in their supply chain management practice. You will work with new and existing customers and provide expert guidance in integrating Kinaxis’ Maestro solution with existing client enterprise systems so that our customers can start to experience immediate value from the product.

Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and maintainable features of our cloud-native backend system. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high-quality deliverables through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards. Actively participate in product and feature design reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

This Business Development Representative (BDR) position is critical in driving business growth and expanding market presence through initiating and building strategic relationships. This role involves qualifying prospects and developing qualified business opportunities that contribute significantly to the overall sales pipeline. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to build relationships and generate qualified leads, which are then transitioned to the Account Executive team.

Kinaxis is seeking a Machine Learning Staff Developer to join our Machine Learning team, who will have your work directly impact our enterprise-grade AI software platform and solutions. You will define, drive, design, and build/ship end-to-end solutions that solve real customer problems and create automated ML-based solutions to orchestrate our customers’ supply chains. You're a team player, quick starter, and problem solver comfortable talking requirements with product managers.

The Business Consultant provides market domain expertise and product knowledge during all pre-sales engagements. They identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and deliver custom demos using customer-provided data. They also provide feedback to product management and produce sales transition documentation for Professional Services.

Support the end-to-end deployment of detailed production scheduling tool, leading a team of consultants through business requirements discovery sessions, data configuration, and solution validation. Gather customer’s manufacturing processes and translate them into technical requirements. Configure innovative software solutions and identify product gaps. You will support the development of solution deployment processes and training material.
