  • Own global indirect tax compliance, including registrations, filings, payments, and documentation.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure correct indirect tax treatment.
  • Drive process improvement and automation to reduce manual effort and support scalable growth.

  • Provide strategic leadership for the CPE organization, spanning cloud infrastructure, platform services, and operational enablement.
  • Lead and develop CPE managers and senior technical leaders, setting clear expectations for execution, quality, and delivery.
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security through strong operational processes, observability, and incident management.

  • Lead long-term partnerships with executive stakeholders within assigned accounts, aligning solutions with strategic supply-chain objectives.
  • Develop customized success plans that incorporate customer business drivers, define KPIs, and drive time-to-value and renewal readiness.
  • Analyze account usage, health, risk and upsell signals; identify and hand off qualified expansion opportunities.
