The Director, Delivery is a senior leader responsible for managing a portfolio of complex, large-scale projects / programs for regional and global clients. This role drives successful delivery of Kinaxis’ Maestro solution by leveraging deep supply chain expertise, technical acumen, and project leadership. The Director balances delivery on single-focus client projects with oversight of multi-year rollouts, managing risk and stakeholders.

The Sr. Application Consultant is a consulting position within Kinaxis’s Professional Services, Innovation and Data Science Services (IDS) organization, collaborating with product management to develop delivery assets that facilitate transition from growth to launch for innovative applications. The incumbent will provide leadership on new innovation applications and consulting services during deployment of these applications, leveraging advanced knowledge of the product and supply chain industry trends and best practices to achieve desired outcomes.

The Deal Desk Analyst manages the deal review and approval process to ensure pricing, discounting, and contract terms align with company policies and revenue goals, conduct contract research, validate price quotes, manage business approvals, and support deal structuring.

The Cloud Security Architect is a subject matter expert responsible for the design and development of all Kinaxis’ Cloud security architecture, while ensuring technology is implemented within frameworks that improve security postures of cloud environments. In this role, you will develop the Cloud security roadmap, and will be responsible for the strategic planning, architecture, and securing of enterprise information systems.

Focuses on data integration, engineering, modeling, and business intelligence, with an emphasis on transforming legacy systems into a cloud-native stack using Databricks, dbt, and other cloud platforms. Plays a key role in developing and maintaining scalable, performance-optimized BI solutions and data pipelines, enabling self-service analytics and driving actionable insights across the organization. Ensures the quality and reliability of data.

The Partner Marketing Lead plays a critical role in accelerating our global partner ecosystem through strategic alliance marketing, joint go-to-market planning, and partner engagement initiatives, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partner marketing strategies that not only drive awareness and demand but also strengthen strategic alliances and fuel ecosystem growth.

The Technical Support Analyst will provide responsive technical support to Kinaxis' customers, on a global basis in a 24/7 environment, with a focus on resolving customer issues and ensuring their ongoing success with RapidResponse. This role will work as part of a broader team of Analysts in a high volume / impact environment pairing strong technical knowledge with a customer first mindset.

You will lead a small team of Business Consultants that contribute to the success of sales objectives by providing market domain expertise and product knowledge during all pre-sales engagements. Working in tandem with the sales organization focusing on all activities that will ensure target sales achievement and total customer satisfaction.

The Principal Architect, Business plays a vital role in customers’ supply chain transformation journey. Leveraging their supply chain management and process engineering expertise, they’ll collaborate with Solution Architects to design optimized solutions and implement best practices that ensure seamless deployments and deliver measurable value.

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end BI solutions, from raw data ingestion to curated reporting assets, ensuring scalability, performance, and reusability. Define and implement semantic model strategies across both the backend (dbt-based data marts) and frontend (Power BI datasets, LookML models) to support governed, reusable metrics and dimensions. Build and maintain modular dbt pipelines on modern cloud data platforms such as BigQuery or Databricks.
