Responsible for directing and managing services for client projects to assure high quality, on-time, and on-budget services while promoting excellent customer service. Lead the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of study management which includes gathering customer requirements and relaying to internal teams, developing study documentation and distributing/tracking equipment.

You will be the bridge between our engineering teams and our product vision, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and reliable SaaS banking solutions. You will leverage your deep technical understanding, particularly in cloud technologies like AWS, AZURE, GCP, to define and drive the development of key platform features. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps and ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and other stakeholders.

We need a Technical Program Manager to support our entire software stack. The TPM will work across all departments to build the processes, notifications, automations, and safeguards necessary to get us to gigawatt scale and take complex business requirements and create actionable plans, while ensuring our technology stack is scalable, maintainable, and secure. The TPM will be responsible for our cloud resource strategy.
