As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will design & build customer virtual (online) educational training courses and certification using Camtasia, Articulate Rise360, Genially, Canva, Descript, and other tools for the SkillJar learning management platform. The Senior Instructional Designer will help to lead the vision and program development of the Iterable Academy. This role must be a master of relationship creation, resource curation, and research.
Shape the vision and strategy for product training and education initiatives, ensuring customers, implementation partners, and employees are fully enabled to leverage the power of Anaplan. Drive the adoption of new technologies and product innovations, fostering self-sufficiency and confidence in every user, no matter their skillset. Improve implementation and delivery outcomes for customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Anaplan.
Design and develop effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps for customers and partners. Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning and produce impactful results. Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes of training content to be reviewed and approved by key stakeholders.
