The Senior Instructional Designer will assess, design and develop enablement solutions for Atlassian sales, technical sales, customer success, and partners. They will define enablement objectives, develop content and build learning solutions that are sales-relevant, channel-relevant, practical and scalable. This role requires someone passionate about working with sales and success teams, adept at building relationships, and skilled at synthesizing complex information.

Looking for an Instructional System Designer (ISD) with strong graphic design skills to support an enterprise cybersecurity and privacy program. Responsibilities include developing training materials, designing graphics, collaborating with the training team, translating technical information, conducting training sessions, and evaluating training deliveries. Will deliver enterprise-wide cybersecurity and privacy protection awareness training.

Provide subject matter expertise in eLearning development working closely with cross-functional leads, project managers, and SMEs to ensure that processes and products meet both tactical and strategic needs of the customer. Participates in planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement and sustainment activities associated with current and future DoD contract writing systems.
